This formula contains moisture-coated powder pigments that condition and hydrate lips immediately. Emollient ingredients wrap the lips with moisture, and are absorbed into the lips for all-day hydration.
Developed to replicate a backstage technique of blending out edges of Matte Lipstick for a hazy effect, lip lines are softened, blurred and smoothed – making lips appear flushed and effortless. No blotting, tapping or smudging necessary.
